Rice Is Naturally Sweet 9% is a 9% ABV makgeolli from Gyeonggi-do, produced by Incheon Takju Brewery using domestic rice with ipguk, nuruk, gaeryang-nuruk, yeast, and refined enzymes. The multiple fermentation starters - traditional nuruk, improved gaeryang-nuruk, and modern ipguk - each contribute a different facet to the finished brew, creating layered complexity beyond simple rice sweetness. The name boldly declares its philosophy: rice's natural sweetness, fully expressed.
