Incheon Fresh Soseongju is a 6% ABV unpasteurized makgeolli from Incheon, produced by Incheon Takju Brewery using rice and puffed rice with yeast, koji-based starters, and enzyme processing. Oligosaccharide and aspartame create a distinctly approachable sweetness profile targeting casual drinkers, while citric acid adds a subtle acidic lift to prevent the finish from becoming flat. At 750ml and 6%, this is a mass-market fresh makgeolli built for easy, high-volume drinking occasions.
