Description

Godori Peurun Wine is an 11.5% ABV plum wine from Gyeongsangbuk-do with an extraordinary 99.585% plum composition, making it one of the most concentrated single-fruit wines in the Korean market. This near-total plum ratio delivers remarkable intensity and clarity of flavor, with deeper fruit sweetness and a subtle piney edge that keeps each sip interesting rather than heavy. The remaining fraction consists of sugar (0.4%), yeast, potassium metabisulfite, and potassium sorbate for stabilization. At 11.5% ABV and 375ml, it offers a fuller, more structured drinking experience than lighter fruit wines, holding its own against cheese plates and dessert courses.
