고도리 레드와인 스위트
Godori Red Wine Sweet is a 12% ABV sweet red fruit wine from Godori Winery in Gyeongsangbuk-do, made from MBA (Muscat Bailey A) wild grapes grown in Yeongcheon. MBA is a hybrid grape variety that produces wines with a distinctly Korean berry profile — brighter and more perfumed than typical European reds. The nose is inviting and generous, with ripe dark berry, candy grape, and a warm, floral-spice note. On the palate, the body is light-medium with a soft, plush texture that makes the sweetness feel embracing rather than heavy. The MBA wild grape character is front and center: a distinctive berry sweetness with an almost jammy density, yet enough fruit acidity to maintain shape. The midpalate reveals subtle complexity — hints of dried flower and mild spice that add interest beyond simple fruit-and-sugar. The finish is moderate, smooth, and carries warm berry resonance. The 750ml bottle suits shared dining occasions. The winery was designated a 2018 Chajaganeun Yangjojang, and Yeongcheon's climate supports excellent grape cultivation. Serve at 10-13°C with cheese platters where the sweet berry finds natural harmony, alongside Korean-style fried snacks where the wine's sweetness cuts oil, or with chocolate desserts where the MBA berry and cocoa create a rich intersection.
