고도리 청수 와인
Godori Cheongsu Wine is a 10.5% ABV fruit wine from Godori Winery in Gyeongsangbuk-do, made from Cheongsu grapes — a Korean-bred grape variety developed specifically for domestic winemaking. Cheongsu (meaning 'clear water') produces wines with a distinct floral-fruit signature that differs from both Campbell Early and Kyoho styles. The nose is bright and aromatic, opening with white grape blossom, green melon, and a delicate citrus-like freshness. On the palate, the body is light with an airy, almost ethereal quality that makes the wine feel more refreshing than sweet. The Cheongsu grape's natural fragrance carries beautifully through the midpalate, creating a continuous aromatic experience rather than just flavor. Sweetness is present but restrained and tidy — it supports the floral character rather than dominating it. The finish is moderate, clean, and leaves a pleasant grape-flower perfume. The 750ml bottle invites leisurely pairings. The winery was designated a 2018 Chajaganeun Yangjojang, and using a Korean-bred variety gives the wine a genuine sense of terroir. Serve at 7-10°C with mild cheese where the floral lift provides elegant contrast, alongside vegetable-forward appetizers, or with light desserts like fruit jelly or panna cotta where the delicate fragrance adds a graceful layer.
