고도리 화이트와인 드라이
Godori White Wine Dry is a 10.5% ABV dry white fruit wine from Godori Winery in Gyeongsangbuk-do, crafted from Kyoho (Geobong) grapes grown in Yeongcheon. In a landscape dominated by sweet fruit wines, this dry expression stands as a deliberate counterpoint — it uses the Kyoho grape's aromatic intensity but channels it into structure and freshness rather than residual sugar. The nose is clean and bright, with green grape, citrus zest, and a subtle floral note that feels refined. On the palate, the body is light with a crisp, snappy acidity that gives the wine genuine food-pairing versatility. The dryness is real — there is no sugar cushion, just pure fruit expression with mineral undertones. The Kyoho grape's famous aromatic character still comes through, but in a leaner, more disciplined form. The finish is clean, moderate, and distinctly refreshing. The wine's competition record is exceptional: 2011 Korea Traditional Liquor Awards Excellence, 2015 Korea Wine Best Collection Gold, and 2016 Korea Liquor Awards BEST OF. The winery holds a 2018 Chajaganeun Yangjojang designation. Serve at 7-10°C with raw fish (hoe) where the crisp acidity is a natural cleanser, alongside fresh salads and seafood appetizers, or with grilled white fish where the dry profile complements without competing.
