고도리 복숭아와인
Godori Peach Wine is a 6.5% ABV peach fruit wine from Godori Winery in Gyeongsangbuk-do, made from peaches grown in Yeongcheon. At 6.5%, this is one of the lightest fruit wines in the Korean market, and the low alcohol is a deliberate design choice — it lets the peach's delicate aromatics take center stage without any alcohol-driven heaviness. The nose is immediately captivating: sun-warmed peach, peach blossom, white nectarine, and a honeyed sweetness that smells like a summer orchard. On the palate, the body is very light with a juicy, almost nectar-like flow. The peach flavor is vivid and true to the fruit — no artificial notes, just ripe orchard character. Sweetness is gentle and well-calibrated, complementing the fruit without overshadowing its natural delicacy. The finish is short and refreshing, with a pleasant peach-skin tartness that keeps the palate clean. The 750ml bottle is ideal for warm-weather entertaining or casual sharing. The winery was designated a 2018 Chajaganeun Yangjojang, and Yeongcheon's warm climate produces excellent stone fruit. Serve well-chilled at 5-8°C with soft cheese and fresh fruit plates, alongside light cream-based desserts like panna cotta or peach Melba, or on its own as a refreshing afternoon pour that captures Korean summer in a glass.
