Gangnaengi Makgeolli is a 6% ABV corn-accented makgeolli from Gyeongsangbuk-do in a generous 1-liter format, blending rice with corn flour (okbun), wheat flour, ipguk starter, oligosaccharide, and gardenia powder. The corn flour gives this makgeolli its signature personality - a sweet, toasty grain aroma that differs noticeably from rice-only styles. Gardenia powder tints the liquid a warm golden hue, and the 1L volume makes it practical for shared meals. At 6% ABV, it stays easygoing, pairing naturally with jeon, fried foods, and punchy kimchi dishes.
