Description
Fresh Strawberry Makgeolli is a 6% ABV fruit makgeolli from Gyeongsangbuk-do that combines fresh domestic strawberries with Sindongjin variety new-crop rice. The use of actual strawberries rather than flavor extracts gives it a genuine fruit character that reads bright and tart rather than artificially candy-like. The creamy rice base provides textural richness, while fructooligosaccharide adds controlled sweetness that rounds out the strawberry acidity.
