Yasu R 53 is a 53% ABV soju from Incheon, distilled from Ganghwa Island rice, glutinous rice, and foxtail millet with domestic nuruk. The three-grain base creates a more textured, grain-forward profile than single-ingredient distillates — millet adds a subtle nutty edge while glutinous rice contributes body and sweetness.
