Description
Juyeonhyang Red is a 15% ABV brew from Incheon, sharing the same Ganghwa Island rice base as its White sibling but adding Ganghwa black glutinous rice to the blend. The black rice introduces a toasted, earthy dimension that deepens the grain profile and darkens the color, creating a richer, more contemplative version. At 375ml, the compact format and moderate proof suit it to grilled meats and heartier banchan where its added depth can quietly anchor the meal.
