Juyeonhyang White

Description

Juyeonhyang White is a 15% ABV brew from Incheon, fermented from Ganghwa Island rice and glutinous rice with purified water and domestic nuruk. Ganghwa Island's saline-influenced terroir gives the grain a subtly mineral quality that standard inland rice does not replicate. The 15% proof provides moderate weight and structure, while the nuruk fermentation builds a rounded, slightly sweet grain character. At 375ml, it is a compact pairing bottle for banchan-centered meals and delicate steamed dishes.
