Description
Rich and Creamy is a 9% ABV makgeolli from Seoul that pushes creative boundaries by incorporating milk, eggs, butter, and toasted oak chips alongside glutinous rice, improved nuruk, and cultured lactic acid bacteria. The result is an exceptionally decadent, dessert-like pour where every sip delivers layered richness - dairy creaminess, egg custard smoothness, buttery warmth, and oak-derived vanilla-like depth. Despite the unconventional ingredient list, lactic cultures maintain balance by adding a subtle tangy undertone. At 350ml, this is a sipping experience rather than a table wine.
