Onseop is a 12.8% ABV spice-forward traditional brew from Seoul, crafted by Seoul Hyomobang Brewery using glutinous rice as the base with cinnamon, ginger, licorice, nutmeg, and pineapple. The result reads like a Korean mulled drink in still form, where warm spice tones dominate while lactic fermentation keeps the body smooth and rounded.
