Yeonhui Yuzu is a 10% ABV traditional rice drink from Seoul's Gati Brewery, infused with yuzu citrus to create a fragrant, refreshing profile. Non-glutinous and glutinous rice provide a rounded, gently sweet body, while the yuzu contributes bright citrus oils and a lightly zesty finish that lifts the entire drinking experience. The 375ml format at a moderate 10% positions it as a contemplative solo sipper or a light accompaniment to Korean meals. Among Gati Brewery's botanical-infused line (which includes rose, plum blossom, and mint versions), the yuzu edition leans toward the most overtly citrus-forward expression.
