Seoul Night Journey (Seoulyahaeng) is an 8% ABV traditional drink from Seoul, brewed by Mongta Brewery using Gimpo rice, wheat-based nuruk, and purified water. Gimpo, just northwest of Seoul, is historically one of Korea's finest rice-growing plains, and its grain lends this drink a clean, well-defined rice backbone. The wheat nuruk introduces the earthy, complex fermentation notes that characterize Korea's traditional brewing, while the 8% ABV provides enough body for sustained sipping without heaviness. At 360ml, it is a single-serving format suited to solo drinking or intimate meals. Mongta Brewery brings a Seoul-based urban craft perspective to ingredients with deep agricultural roots.
