Yeonhui Rose

Description

Yeonhui Rose is a 10% ABV traditional rice drink from Seoul's Gati Brewery that infuses rose petals into a base of non-glutinous rice, glutinous rice, and nuruk. The floral aromatics are present but restrained — rose lifts the nose without turning the drink into a perfumed cocktail, while the dual-rice body maintains the grounded, gently sweet character expected of a Korean grain-based beverage. At 375ml and 10%, it occupies a refined middle ground suitable for solo contemplation or pairing with lighter Korean dishes. It is part of Gati Brewery's botanical series alongside yuzu, plum blossom, and mint editions.
