Gimpo, just northwest of Seoul, is historically one of Korea's finest rice-growing plains, and its grain lends this drink a clean, well-defined rice backbone. The wheat nuruk introduces the earthy, complex fermentation notes that characterize Korea's traditional brewing, while the 8% ABV provides enough body for sustained sipping without heaviness.
