Description

Poem Dry is a 12% ABV fruit wine from Chungcheongbuk-do, crafted by Galgisan Grape Farm Brewery from wild grape (meoru) and cultivated grape rather than rice. The meoru contributes a tannic backbone and earthy berry depth that sets this apart from standard Korean fruit wines, while the cultivated grape rounds the palate with familiar juiciness. White sugar and yeast fermentation keep the profile lean and focused, and the dry finish lives up to its name — no residual sweetness lingers past the midpalate. It pairs naturally with grilled fish and lighter hanjeongsik courses where a crisp, fruit-driven accompaniment enhances rather than competes.
