Sinabro Campbell Sweet is a 12% ABV sweet fruit wine from Sinabeuro Winery in Chungcheongbuk-do, built entirely on Campbell Early grapes in a full 750ml bottle. This is the brewery's statement of what Campbell Early can deliver when allowed to express its full sweet potential without restraint. The nose is generous and immediately grapey: concord-style berry jam, candy grape, and a warm vanilla-adjacent sweetness. On the palate, the body is medium with a plush, cushioning texture that distributes the sweetness evenly. The grape flavor is pure and ripe — there is no fighting against the varietal's natural candied tendencies, and this unapologetic approach works because the 12% ABV adds just enough structural warmth to prevent collapse. The finish is moderate and soft, with lingering grape residue. Serve at 7-10°C with cheese boards where the sweet grape provides a classic fruit-and-cheese dynamic, alongside canapés where the generous body supports varied toppings, or with mild desserts where the wine's sweetness integrates rather than overwhelms.
