Sinabro Campbell Dry is a 12% ABV dry-style fruit wine from Sinabro Winery in Chungcheongbuk-do, crafted from Campbell Early grapes with deliberate sweetness restraint. Where most Korean Campbell Early wines lean sweet, Sinabro's dry treatment reveals a different side of the grape: focused fruit aromatics with a cleaner, more structured finish. The nose carries recognizable berry-grape character but with less candy-like sweetness — instead, there is a fresh, slightly tart quality. On the palate, the body is medium with a balanced, food-friendly profile. The grape fruitiness is vivid but the drier style keeps the palate moving forward rather than sitting in sweetness, and the finish is crisp and defined. The award credentials are exceptional: gold medals, Korea Wine Best Selection Grand Prize, and multiple honors in 2016 across rosé, red dry, and red sweet categories — evidence of a consistently excellent winery. Serve at 10-13°C with grilled meats and Korean BBQ where the dry profile cuts through fat, alongside jeon where the grape aromatics complement the savory batter, or with any meal where a sweeter wine would be too much.
