P.S Rosé Sparkling is a 5% ABV sparkling fruit wine from Sinabeuro Winery in Chungcheongbuk-do, made from Campbell Early grapes. At just 5% alcohol, this sits closer to a festive, low-commitment sparkling than a serious still wine — and that positioning is its strength. The nose is immediately cheerful: fresh grape candy, strawberry, and a touch of rose petal lifted by fine carbonation. On the palate, the bubbles are light and persistent, carrying the fruit sweetness across the tongue with an effervescent lift that makes the sweetness feel lighter than it reads on paper. The body is light and refreshing, and the acidity, while modest, provides enough backbone to keep the bubbles from going flat in flavor. The finish is short and clean, with a fizzy grape-skin aftertaste. Silver medalist at the 2016 Asia Wine Trophy, confirming international-level craft.
