Fresh Minari Cheongju (Minarisingsingju) is a 14.5% ABV clear rice wine from Chungcheongbuk-do's Joeun Sul Sejong Brewery, built on organic domestic rice and glutinous rice with eco-friendly minari (water parsley) as its signature botanical. The minari introduces a clean, green herbal lift that is uncommon in cheongju, creating a refreshing counterpoint to the grain-based body.
