Organic Ido 32 is a 32% ABV soju distilled entirely from certified organic Korean rice in Chungcheongbuk-do by Joeun Sul Sejong Brewery. The organic certification extends to the rice itself, and the ingredient list is minimal — just water and organic rice distillate — reflecting a purist approach to craft soju. At 375ml, the bottle is standard for premium Korean spirits. The 32% strength places it in a medium-high range where grain character can express itself clearly without excessive heat.
