Ido 22 is a 22% ABV soju from Chungcheongbuk-do, produced by Joeun Sul Sejong Brewery with nothing more than water and distillate. That extreme simplicity puts all focus on the quality of the base spirit, resulting in a direct, uncluttered profile with a clean entry, smooth mid-palate, and restrained finish. Without sweeteners or flavor additives, every nuance of the grain distillation comes through transparently.
