한비 무병장수술
Hanbi Mubyeongjangsusul is a 35% ABV fruit-category spirit from Chungcheongbuk-do that combines Korean rice with an extensive roster of traditional botanicals: black ginseng (heuksam), regular ginseng, eleuthero (ogapi), omija, goji berry, bokbunja (black raspberry), chajeonja (plantain seed), tosaja (dodder seed), and cornelian cherry (sansuyu). Black ginseng — ginseng that has been steamed and dried nine times — provides the aromatic anchor with its intensely caramelized, almost smoky root character. The other eight botanicals build outward from that anchor: omija and bokbunja contribute berry tartness and color, goji and sansuyu add mellow sweetness, and eleuthero with the two seed-type ingredients (chajeonja, tosaja) introduce woody, herbaceous, and faintly nutty secondary notes. At 35%, the spirit has the proof to integrate this complex botanical payload into a cohesive drinking experience.
