Gwigam is a 25% ABV citrus spirit from Jeju, built on Jeju-grown citrus juice (gamgyul), white sugar, liquid yeast, steviol glycoside, potassium metabisulfite, and citric acid. The ingredient list reveals a modern, production-oriented approach rather than a traditional grain-based method, with the Jeju citrus as the defining character element.
