Jeju Gamgyul Soju is a 50% ABV tangerine distilled spirit from Jeju Island, produced by Citrus Brewery using Jeju-grown tangerine distillate and purified water. The ingredient list is strikingly minimal — tangerine spirit and water — which means the quality of the Jeju tangerine distillation must carry the entire product. The result is a high-proof spirit where citrus purity takes center stage: bright tangerine peel aromatics, clean acidity, and a surprisingly smooth finish despite the commanding proof.
