Misang 25 is a 25% ABV soju from Jeju, produced by Citrus Brewery using Jeju mandarin distillate, purified water, and steviol glycosides. The Jeju tangerine distillate is the defining character, opening with a bright citrus lift that sets it apart from grain-only soju. At its proof the spirit carries confident warmth, yet the mandarin brightness keeps it from feeling heavy or one-dimensional. A light touch of steviol glycosides rounds the edges without masking the distillate's clean core. It pairs well with fatty grilled meats, bossam, and fresh sashimi where citrus nuance can cut through richness.
