Chusi Persimmon Wine is a 12.5% ABV fruit wine from Chungcheongnam-do, produced by Yangchon Persimmon Winery using domestic persimmon fermented with red yeast rice (hongguk), yeast, and enzyme-treated stevia. The red yeast rice adds both color and a subtle savory undertone that prevents the persimmon sweetness from becoming one-dimensional.
