Description

Yangchon Persimmon Vodka is a 32% ABV distilled spirit from Chungcheongnam-do, produced by Yangchon Persimmon Winery from fermented persimmon distillate and purified water. Unlike neutral vodka, the persimmon base leaves a detectable fruit character in the finished spirit, giving it more personality than grain-only distillates while maintaining a clean, dry profile. At 375ml and 32%, it occupies a moderate proof range suitable for neat sipping, on-the-rocks, or as a distinctive cocktail component.
