Choseon's Dream is a 12% ABV grape fruit wine from Yeopo Wine Farm Brewery in Chungcheongbuk-do, made entirely from domestically grown Korean grapes. The name evokes a classical Korean literary figure, and the wine itself aims for understated grace rather than bold intensity. The nose opens with soft grape blossom, a hint of white peach, and gentle candy-fruit sweetness that signals approachability from the start. On the palate, the body is light-medium with a silky texture that lets the grape's natural sweetness unfold gradually across the midpalate - there is no sudden sugar spike, just a steady, rounded warmth.
