Description
Cheongmyeongju is a 13.8% ABV cheongju from Gyeonggi-do, produced by Han Yeong-seok's Fermentation Lab using glutinous rice, purified water, and the brewer's proprietary nuruk. The name means 'clear brightness wine,' and the liquid delivers on that promise with polished clarity and refined grain character. Glutinous rice builds a subtle sweetness and silky body, while the artisanal nuruk introduces layered fermentation complexity that elevates this above standard filtered rice wines. The 375ml format at moderate proof positions it as a premium pairing wine for delicate Korean cuisine.
