Cham Brewing Uri Cheongju is an 11% ABV cheongju from Jeollabuk-do, brewed by Cham Brewing using 100% domestic rice, ipguk, neutral spirit, and yeast. The emphasis on fully Korean-sourced rice translates into a clean, grain-forward profile where subtle sweetness appears at mid-palate before fading into a neat, composed finish. The addition of neutral spirit helps structure the light body without adding flavor interference.
