Description

Haeundae Blues is a 17.3% ABV soju from Jeollabuk-do, produced by Cham Brewing using distilled spirit base, purified water, plum (maesil), miscellaneous fructose, and erythritol. Named after Haeundae, Busan's famous beach district, this spirit layers a subtle plum accent over a clean distilled base. The plum does not dominate but rather softens the spirit's edges, rounding the mouthfeel and adding a restrained fruity dimension. Erythritol and fructose manage sweetness levels without heaviness, and the 17.3% ABV places it at the upper edge of lower-strength soju territory, offering more presence than standard 16.5% brands while remaining approachable.
