Chamjuga East Sea Night Sea (Donghaebambada) is a 17.2% ABV soju from Jeollabuk-do that combines domestic rice distillate with Korean maesil (green plum). The maesil adds a gentle fruity dimension to the clean rice spirit base, evoking a subtle maritime freshness suggested by its name. Additional ingredients include fructose, enzyme-treated stevia, erythritol, and L-asparagine for nutritional fortification, keeping sweetness present but controlled.
