52C is a 17.5% ABV soju from Jeollabuk-do, built on a base of spirit, distilled soju stock, and water with cucumber as its defining botanical. The cucumber infusion threads a cool, green freshness through the spirit that reads crisp and modern rather than traditional. Despite its moderate-to-high ABV, the palate stays clean and smooth, with the cucumber providing a natural crispness that sharpens the finish without adding sweetness.
