Description

Kkochbichseori (Flowerlight Frost) is a 17.2% ABV floral soju from Jeollabuk-do, distilled from a rice base infused with 20 varieties of fresh blossoms. This remarkably wide botanical palette gives the spirit a complex, layered floral character that unfolds gradually rather than hitting all at once. Despite the mid-range proof, the palate stays clean and silky, with gentle citrus-like lift provided by the interplay of citric acid and sweetener balance. Produced by Gochang Seohaean Black Raspberry Brewery, it draws on Jeollabuk-do's biodiversity for its aromatic foundation and works especially well as an aromatic contrast alongside grilled meats, bossam, and sashimi.
