Description
Chamjuga West Sea Night Sea (Seohaebambada) is a 17.1% ABV soju from Jeollabuk-do, closely related to its East Sea sibling in ingredient composition. Built on domestic rice distillate with Korean maesil, fructose, enzyme-treated stevia, and erythritol, it delivers a crisp entry that transitions into a smooth, faintly sweet finish. The 0.1% difference in ABV from the Donghaebambada expression is minimal, but the West Sea bottle carries its own identity within the Chamjuga lineup. Highly food-friendly, it complements grilled meats, bossam pork wraps, and fresh sashimi without dominating the palate or the table.
