Taesaju is a 35% ABV soju from Gyeongsangbuk-do, distilled from a multi-grain mash of glutinous rice, sweet potato, and barley. The sweet potato lends an earthy warmth that sets it apart from single-grain distillates, while the barley adds a dry backbone that structures the finish.
