Suseong Premium Baekju 43 is a 43% ABV distilled spirit from Daegu, built entirely from sorghum and purified water. This positions it in rare territory within Korean spirits — most traditional sojus use rice or barley, while sorghum is far more associated with Chinese baijiu tradition. The result is a spirit that offers a genuinely different axis of flavor from the rice-led Korean mainstream. Sorghum produces a distinctly earthy, slightly sweet, and somewhat funky distillate with more textural density than rice.
