Ryeo 2013 Bon is a 41.5% ABV terroir-driven soju distilled from 100% Yeoju sweet potato spirit and 100% Yeoju rice. The dual local sourcing gives it a distinctive character where earthy sweet potato warmth meets clean rice refinement. Despite the high proof, the texture is polished and remarkably smooth, with a long finish that reveals layered grain complexity.
