Description

Moeuldongju Soju is a 43% ABV rice spirit from Gangwon-do, distilled from Cheorwon rice with wheat-containing nuruk and yeast. Cheorwon, located in Korea's DMZ border region, is renowned for its clean water and high-quality rice, and that terroir translates into a spirit that drinks surprisingly clean despite its commanding strength. The smooth center keeps heat controlled without dulling the grain character, making this a serious bottle for grilled meats, bossam, or sashimi when structural intensity is welcome.
