Ariari — Korean Soju, Gangwon, 40% ABV, 500ml. Clean, Smooth
Korean Soju

Ariari

아리아리

ABV40%
Volume500ml

Description

Ariari is a 40% ABV spirit from Gangwon-do's Jeongseon region, distilled from ogapi (Acanthopanax) berries — a rare ingredient even within Korea's diverse craft spirits scene. The distillation base is a fruit wine made from Jeongseon-grown ogapi berries with sugar and yeast, then redistilled to 40%. The result is a spirit with herbal-fruity undertones that distinguish it from conventional grain-based soju. At 500ml, it is generously sized for its strength. The clean structural core inherited from careful distillation keeps the herbal complexity in check, producing a balanced, intriguing sip rather than a medicinal one.
