Description
Holy M is a 37% ABV soju from Gangwon-do, produced by Duru Brewing using omija (schisandra) syrup, purified water, and distilled spirit (jujung). Omija - the "five-flavor berry" - brings its signature complex taste profile of sweet, sour, bitter, salty, and pungent to a high-proof distilled base, creating a spirit that is brighter and more aromatically expressive than conventional soju. The omija syrup softens the alcohol's edge while adding genuine fruit depth rather than artificial flavoring. At 375ml and 37%, it sits in premium sipping territory, offering a modern, approachable entry point into Korean spirits for those unfamiliar with traditional styles.
