Holy M is a 37% ABV soju from Gangwon-do, produced by Duru Brewing using omija (schisandra) syrup, purified water, and distilled spirit (jujung). Omija — the "five-flavor berry" — brings its signature complex taste profile of sweet, sour, bitter, salty, and pungent to a high-proof distilled base, creating a spirit that is brighter and more aromatically expressive than conventional soju.
