Dalhol Jinju 40 is the 40% ABV expression from Dalhol Brewery in Gangwon-do, sharing the same domestic rice distillate base as the 25% version but presenting it with significantly more body, concentration, and aromatic intensity. Nuruk and yeast drive the fermentation, and the higher distillation cut retains more grain character in the final spirit. Despite the substantial strength, the finish lands unexpectedly clean rather than fiery, a hallmark of well-executed rice distillation. The 375ml bottle is designed for deliberate sipping, and the spirit's ability to cut through rich, fatty foods makes it a natural companion for bossam, galbi, and other high-flavor Korean dishes.
