Roa40 Red is a 40% ABV apple spirit from Gyeonggi-do, distilled entirely from apple soju base liquid. The name suggests a bolder, more characterful expression within the Roa range, and the 40% strength delivers on that promise. This is a spirit that puts apple distillation front and center without dilution compromises. The nose is concentrated and aromatic - baked apple, warm cinnamon-like spice notes that emerge naturally from the distillation, and a faint caramelized sweetness. On the palate, the body is medium-full with a smooth, slightly viscous texture.
