Roa 19 Red is a 19% ABV soju from Gyeonggi-do, distilled from domestic Korean apples through a fruit-based fermentation process. Sugar, yeast, and cellulase enzymes drive the apple fermentation, while potassium metabisulfite serves as antioxidant. The resulting spirit carries bright orchard notes — crisp apple skin, gentle sweetness — without the candy-like artificiality common in flavored commercial soju.
