Redom Natural Sparkling Rose Wine is a 7.5% ABV sparkling fruit wine from Jakeun Aljaseu Brewery in Chungcheongbuk-do, made from grapes in a natural, low-intervention style. The fine carbonation and rosy hue immediately set a celebratory tone, while the modest alcohol keeps things light and approachable. The nose carries fresh grape and delicate berry notes lifted by the effervescence. On the palate, the body is light with playful bubbles that carry a clean, grape-driven sweetness across the tongue without heaviness.
