Redom Cider is a 6% ABV apple cider-style fruit wine from Jakeun Aljaseu Brewery in Chungcheongbuk-do, made from Korean-grown apples. At just 6% ABV, this is one of the lightest Korean fruit wines available, designed for effortless daytime drinking. The nose is bright and orchard-fresh, with crisp green apple, a touch of honey sweetness, and a clean, airy quality that recalls biting into a just-picked apple. On the palate, the body is light with a delicate, refreshing flow — there is no weight or heaviness here, just pure apple expression with a gentle sweetness that never turns cloying.
